Any easy way to copy voice 1 to voice 2

Is there an easy way to copy voice 1 to voice 2 given a selection object?

It depends on what you actually want to do and what you mean by easy...

For bar objects in a selection you can call SetVoice(voicenum[,clear other
voices]) to change the voice of an individual object.

If you want to duplicate the line in a different voice, you might be able to
do something like

1. Copy the current selection to the clipboard. If it was a passage
selection you will need to turn it into a non passage or the paste will just
overwrite.
2. Convert all the objects in the select to the new voice
3. Paste to get the original objects back.

Pasting can lose rests so be careful doing this sort of thing.. You will
probably find this sort of thing possible but not easy..

Have a look at the Paste Into Voice plugin or even Merge to Voice 1 to see
the kind of problems one encounters.
